“I was at Willow and Whisk yesterday and once again was reminded what an incredible culture you have developed within your staff.
I had the bar seat next to where the staff fill the water glasses and set out the drinks for servers to deliver to their tables. I heard all the chatter and it was all positive. They enjoy each other and support each other, they don’t care if it’s their table or not they just pitch in to make certain the customer is attended to. Smiles are everywhere as are their warm greetings as customers walk past or approach the take-out area.
We had a party of five at WW on Father’s Day, and as usual the service by staff bringing out drinks, the food order, and our assigned server was exceptional. Consistency of a positive culture is to be applauded. Of course, you set the tone, with a warm greeting to everyone as if they’re entering your home, a constant genuine smile, and a sincere “thank you for coming” if you encounter patrons as they are leaving. You’ve built a great team.”
